By downloading, installing, or using Apex ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Apex is a task management application that helps you capture, organize, and complete tasks. The service includes the mobile app and any related web services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (tasks, categories, notes, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@apextasks.app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
